The Cumulus Neo Quilt 450 is a lightweight three-season down quilt with closed footbox designed for hikers and backpackers who want maximum warmth with minimal pack weight. By eliminating insulation underneath the body and using a sleeping pad for ground insulation, the quilt focuses all loft where it matters most — over and around the sleeper — delivering excellent thermal efficiency for temperatures below freezing.
Filled with 450 g of premium 900 FP ethically sourced Polish goose down, the Neo Quilt 450 offers an impressive warmth-to-weight ratio while remaining highly compressible for easy packing. The advanced H-chamber construction helps maintain even loft distribution and prevents cold spots, while the ultralight Toray Airtastic™ fabric keeps the overall weight exceptionally low without sacrificing durability.
The quilt features a spacious closed footbox with an ergonomic shark-fin shape for improved foot comfort and warmth throughout the night. Around the neck, an elastic drawcord combined with an insulated down collar helps seal in heat during colder conditions. A lightweight attachment system with elastic straps and flat buckles allows secure connection to sleeping pads between 50–60 cm wide, helping reduce drafts while still allowing freedom of movement.
Compared to a traditional mummy sleeping bag, the Neo Quilt 450 provides a less restrictive sleeping experience, making it ideal for side sleepers and users who change position frequently during the night.
