The Porter keeps a stripped-back, minimalist build - hip-belt pockets, a roll-top closure, and four vertical daisy chains running down the exterior. Those daisy chains let you lash on paddles, snowshoes, a helmet, or whatever your specific trip demands.
On the outside you get a Y-top compression strap over the roll-top, two vertical compression straps, and four side compression straps to cinch the load down as the pack empties. Inside sit removable shaped aluminum stays for structure and an internal zippered pocket for smaller items.
